REA Automadrejning ApS is known for the high-quality finish of our products. Our CNC controlled machines are operated by our highly skilled employees, and therefore the customer is always guaranteed that our products are of the highest possible quality.

6 and 8 spindle CNC machines

With precision machinery from GITAL and GILDEMEISTER we are capable of handling mass production of turned parts in dimensions ranging from 5 to 35mm with batch sizes exceeding 20,000 units. Our WICKMAN machines are able to handle dimensions up to 45mm and batch sizes of 20,000 units or more.

CNC transfer machines

Buffoli Transbar comes with 10 machining stations and handles steel and metal items up to 45mm. Batch sizes from 100,000 units.

CNC controlled revolving centres and twin lathes

Our machinery includes Index ABC, INDEX GB, NAKAMURA and MORI SEIKI with up to 12 machining axes and dimensions up to 65mm.

Our twin lathes from GILDEMEISTER-MF Twin 65, MORI SEIKI and NAKAMURA TW20 offer machining on 12 axes and handles bar sizes up to 65mm.

CNC controlled long turning lathes

Long turning lathes carry out all jobs in one work cycle which ensures a highly economical production. We use long automatic turning lathes from STAR, CITIZEN, TRAUB and TORNOS BECHLER which offer machining on up to 13 axes and handle bar sizes up to 32mm.

Thanks to our TRAUB automatic cam controlled turning lathes we are able to machine items up to 60mm.
