The award for 2019 trainee goes to Mette Bak Jensen at REA automatdrejning.
It was with great pride that REA automatdrejning, Danish Industry and Nordfyns communes Mayor Morten Andersen, Wednesday March 13, 2019 had the honor to hand over the award for trainee of the year. Mette will finish her education in May, and will continue to work at REA.
We take a big responsibility to have access to skilled employees. That is also why we approximately have 10 trainee’s at all times.
There is a big demand for the skilled industrial technicians, therefor we educate them ourselves and do our best to keep them for many years.
